Perfect spot for exploring!

Had a solid stay! The location is super central—just a hop to shops and pubs. Room was tidy, but kinda bummed the sockets by the bed were off-limits. Breakfast was a highlight, tons of fresh options that were always stocked. Loved the in-room fridge with snacks too. Just wish there were more plug options.

my stay at holiday inn was wonderful! the location is a massive plus, just steps away from the train station, making it super convenient. the staff were incredible, especially mo at check-in, and the team at the bar and restaurant...  

Excellent location and great staff service

The hotel’s location is a huge advantage, being just a short walk from Birmingham New Street station and various shops and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally helpful, particularly at the bar and restaurant, where the food, like the Chicken Schnitzel, was delightful. I also appreciated the USB charging ports in the room, which made it easy to keep my devices powered. However, the noise from the nightlife outside could be disruptive, especially from rooms facing the street.

Spacious room with a comfy bed and fantastic view from the 8th floor. The breakfast offered a good variety, but a few hot items could have been warmer. Unfortunately, the shower didn’t work well, and I had issues with a missing hairdryer and a curtain that needed fixing, suggesting a lack of attention to detail in housekeeping.

I loved the breakfast here – there was a huge spread and I felt spoiled for choice. I relaxed at the lovely pool for some downtime. my stay was pleasant, but the room got a bit chilly at night, requiring a portable heater. If you're visiting, definitely take advantage of the great breakfast options! 😊

The room was big with a super comfy mattress, and I loved the big TV to wind down after a long day. Relaxing by the pool and enjoying the spa made my stay all the more enjoyable. The only hiccup was the sink drainage, which was slow, but it didn’t dampen the overall great experience! 😊

The location puts you just steps away from major city attractions, making it easy to explore. The lobby and bar area feature a modern design that sets a nice vibe for unwinding after a day out.

Unfortunately, the heating system didn’t perform as expected, leading to some chilly nights, especially with noticeable drafts from the poorly sealed windows. Noise from the street below crept in throughout the night, making it hard to catch some solid shut-eye. Additionally, the shower was cramped, and housekeeping seemed inconsistent, with minor cleanliness issues like dust accumulation in corners. Some rooms showed signs of wear and tear, which detracted from the overall comfort level. While the dining area offered options, the limited hours made breakfast the only surefire meal to count on without a trip outside.

Just a nice choice for getting around Birmingham with excellent value for money. The staff were friendly and quickly stored our bags before check-in. Be ready for average coffee at breakfast, though.

Had a wonderful stay with cozy beds and spacious room. The chicken schnitzel was delicious, making meals truly enjoyable. Would definitely return to experience the inviting atmosphere again.

Clean room, spacious room, equipped with an amazing shower and a super comfy bed. A very friendly staff that made our experience even better during our stay.

Cannot find any fault.

We visited Cadbury World which was fun with cool 3D storytelling and a kids' area. Arena was great for enjoying a live show. The place was clean and the staff were super nice. Lots of space...  

The hotel had a beautifully modern interior with accessible features for seniors, making it easy to navigate. I particularly enjoyed the spacious areas and how welcoming the atmosphere felt, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout my visit....

I stayed in a spacious room with a comfy bed and the hotel is just a few steps away from the Bullring & Grand Central, making it easy to explore the vibrant shopping district and nearby eateries. also, I enjoyed the pleasant walk to the Ikon Gallery, which was just a short distance away, offering a great way to unwind while discovering local art.
